Building H is part of the Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community’s commercial development near Comox. The structure houses retail and office tenants and needed a roof and wall system that would match the upscale finish of the surrounding buildings. We fabricated and installed metal roofing, fascia and trim in a neutral palette that blends with the resort’s architecture. Because tenants moved in before work was complete, we coordinated deliveries and work hours to minimise disruption. The new roof sheds water effectively, and the sheet‑metal details tie into adjoining façades to create a cohesive look across the development.
