BC Hydro’s Quinsam Crossing field office near Campbell River is designed to support crews maintaining hydroelectric infrastructure. When the existing roof system reached the end of its service life, we installed a 28,000‑square‑foot roof and cladding package suited to an industrial office environment. We planned around active operations and coordinated with BC Hydro’s safety team to minimise disruption. The new roof and wall panels are robust enough to handle equipment loads and harsh coastal weather, and they integrate with the building’s mechanical systems to improve insulation and moisture control. This project demonstrates how we deliver industrial projects on schedule while working within a busy operational setting.
