The Wembley Liquor Store is located in Parksville’s busy Wembley Mall. When the existing roof began to fail, we were hired to replace it without interrupting daily business. We scheduled work before and after store hours and used protective coverings to keep the entrance clear. The new roof system includes upgraded insulation, a high‑performance membrane and secure flashings around HVAC units and parapets. These improvements help manage moisture and maintain consistent indoor temperatures, benefiting both customers and employees. The roof now performs reliably in heavy rain and wind while blending with the surrounding mall architecture.
