The Campbell River School Board’s administrative office needed a new roof that would protect staff and records without disrupting daily operations. We scheduled work during school holidays and coordinated with facilities management to avoid interfering with meetings and programs. After removing the old membrane, we repaired portions of the deck, installed new insulation and laid a reinforced membrane system with upgraded flashings. Attention to detail around skylights, vents and drains ensures the new roof will handle heavy rain and last for decades. The refreshed roof also improves the building’s appearance from the street without a major renovation.
