At the Strathcona Toyota dealership in Campbell River, protecting the vehicles and showroom from coastal rain and wind was critical. We designed a roof system with a durable membrane and custom metal flashings to suit the long spans and low slope of the building. Installation was staged to allow the dealership to remain open, with crews working before and after business hours to limit disruption. The finished roof blends in with the dealership’s exterior and stands up to high winds and rain, helping keep the showroom dry and the service bays operational.
