The Bill Howich dealership in Campbell River sells and services vehicles. To protect its showrooms, offices and workshop, we replaced the existing roofing with a system designed to handle high foot traffic and frequent equipment movement. Over several weeks we removed old materials, strengthened structural supports and installed a new membrane and custom sheet metal flashings. Because the dealership remained open throughout, our crews worked off‑hours and coordinated closely with management to keep customer areas safe and dry. The new roof helps regulate temperature in the showroom and keeps water away from vehicles and equipment, while the low‑profile sheet‑metal detailing maintains a clean, modern appearance.
